The prices are indicated per person, per day and include:
VAT, water, heating, electricity, breakfast buffet from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., outdoor parking, Wi-Fi connection and ski room with boot dryer.

To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of Euro 2,10 per person aged over 14 and per day.

Additional services:

• Ski bus;
• Holiday Pass: which allows you to travel around the South Tyrol free for the whole of your stay, using public transport vehicles of South Tyrolean provincial bus company Sad and its partners (some specific lines are excluded);
• Wellness with sauna, whirlpool, steam bath and fitness room available for free use in winter from 15:00 to 19:00, closed on Saturday and Tuesday; in summer from 16:00 to 19:00, closed on Saturday;

Supplements:

• Linen change 8,00 Euro per person;
• Double room for single use from 15,00 to 30,00 Euro per day;

Reservation and cancellation:
Reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit of 30% of the total amount, followed by our written confirmation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer to:

Payment modes:

• cash payment for total amount of less than 1.999,00 Euro within two days before departure;
• bank transfer, in this case the entire payment for your stay should be transferred 3 or 4 days before departure;
• by bank cheque, in this case the entire payment for your stay should be transferred 3 or 4 days before departure;

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will not be returned.

Covid-19:
In case of closure of regions or borders, a voucher will be issued for the amount of the deposit, valid for 1 year.

Travel insurance:
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.

Check-in and check-out:

• Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. till 10:00 p.m.;
• Check-out: within 10:00 a.m. ;

In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed.

Pets:
Pets are not accepted.

No smoking:
Smoking is not allowed.

Furniture:
We ask our guests to take good care of the high quality furniture and the fine textiles of our house.

Rubbish:
Rubbish should be taken to the garage where there are bins for undifferentiated and separate collection of plastic, glass, aluminium, paper, organic and Tetra Pak. We ask all our guests to separate the rubbish.
